So I know it's only been 11 innings of baseball, but the Cubs' atrocious numbers with runners in scoring position can't be a good sign, right?

(Or any size, really, when it comes to RISP, according to some.)

Exactly.

Just seems that way. In game one Rizzo came thru with two on.
Don't expect the the Cubs to score many runs ( same as last year).

One of the huge things I'm watching this year is Rizzo vs. lefties.

I don't think so. Rizzo came up with only Castro on -- on first.

W Rod 42-26 strikes.
E Jacks 47-31 strikes.
Neither team has hit a ball hard.

At least the pitching is looking good! Except for Marmol of course.

Would not be surprised if McCutchen beat the shift here

Let's see what the back of the rotation looks like.
Still have no faith in Feldman. Wood could be very good or very bad.

I like Wood. And yeah who knows what Feldman has but remember that Garza's back in a few weeks to bolster things.
