Wandy seems to always torture the Cubs.

You're right but why is that? It's not like he's a great pitcher. But he sure looks like it against us!

Looking forward to see how Rondon deals with multiple innings in relief

This is quite the brutal display of hitting.

The Cubs sucked against lefties for years, IIRC. So that's a starting point.

The other day was fun, but let the 2013 flood gates open. They can't hit tonight, Wood will get bombed out tomorrow and Feldman/Villanueva will get sent into orbit by the Braves' lineup. But the good feelings from the other day were a good time while they lasted. :)

Well they have 3 more innings to equal their run out put for the entire year.

I don't know much about Rondon other than he was a Rule 5 guy. Think he'll be a major factor in the pen this year?

I like Sappelt as a 4/5th OF'er on a good team.

The other two? Woof.

Probably just mop up duty.

He started in the minors with the Tribe.

But isn't Lillibridge at least useful because of his versatility? It's never a bad thing to have a guy like that on your bench I would think.

Doesn't look like walks have ever been a problem for Rondon, so that's good.

Got lit up in AAA in 2010 before the injury. And no, he wasn't in the PCL.

He is versatile on the defensive end, just can't hit for shit.

Yeah, that's the only way he provides a sliver of value. I am in the camp that completely writes off his 2011 season.
