Marmol owes Schierholtz steaks for life. Imagine the commentary after the game if we hadn't got those insurance runs. A win doesn't change the fact that our closer can't enter the game without giving up hit after hit after walk after hit. We're gonna need a 1 run save at some point this season...and we're not gonna get it with him.

I don't know why, but this team clearly hates us and our blood pressure readings...

That's the Carlos we know and love!

What fun would it be without the suspense?
Keeps the viewers coming back.

So what happened? That was quick... surely there was a double play, but y'all are reacting like it was two quick strikeouts...?

Double play

I really hope we don't do that win one lose one bullshit like we did in 2011....let's just go ahead and sweep the Barves this weekend.

Take that FO. A win.

Awesome. I lol'd. True story.

Haha, and I don't mean that in a meat head mean spirited way, but the only reason he is out there is a last ditch attempt to save his value. Otherwise no way in hell he sees action in this game today. Just the way things are right now. You understand it, but it's still sickening.

Marmol has given up as many runs as the rest of the pitching staff through 3 games.

Onto to Atlanta, where the Braves are a legitimately good team.

Nice stat. I'm kind of glad Wood got the win. He was awesome.
