The Cubs come back to a ’90s-themed decade at Wrigley Field, which will be fun for a number of reasons … but one of them won’t be Sammy Sosa. The former slugger is persona non grata right now, and the Cubs won’t be having him back until he apologizes or something like that. It’s not entirely clear what needs to happen for Sosa to return, but it is entirely clear that he won’t be at Wrigley Field this week. I’ve said what I have to say on the Sosa thing before, and I’ll spare you here.
Tsuyoshi Wada will be there, however! He makes he next start for the Cubs tonight, and continues his quest to impress enough to merit serious consideration for a rotation spot next year.
