A four-game sweep, even against the lowly Marlins, ain't easy to pull off. I'm not saying that doing so would change my outlook for 2013, but it would certainly put a smile on my face.

That Rizzo shot, by the way, was super impressive - he just kind of flicked his wrists, and it almost went out to right center. So much power.

When are the pitchers going to learn to pitch around the only guy who is going to hurt you.

In Villanueva's defense, he was kind of trying to. That 1-2 pitch was on the outer edge, and then the 2-2 was just an accidental hanger.

Why the hell am I blacked out from mlbtv?  Is it just because I live in Illinois?  Because I *barely* live in IL, and I couldn't possibly be any further from Chi.  I guess I'll take the audio though...

I would agree with you if it wasn't Villanueva. His effectiveness is by changing speeds and more prone to hang one of his pitches. Just walk him.

Anyone else think Soriano should maybe use a lighter bat? Not a joke at all. It looks like he is really slow through the zone

Nice to see the Cub bats come alive. Same Cub players doing all the damage. Let's hope it becomes contagious.

Time for Navarro to give Villanueva a blow.

Equipment problem.

Even good pitchers have bad days. Price with 24 in the first against WSox.
