Bowden has turned into a nice addition. When he first came to the Cubs said he sucked.

The Cubs pen has quietly been good lately.  Now, if we could just figure out why the offense is historically bad to this point.

One word. Talent.

The talent would be lucky to score an average amount of runs, but right now they are on pace for 530 runs. That is 50 runs fewer than the Astros scored last year.

It will come. Not great but by the end of the year it will be within shouting distance of last year.

Haven't added anybody to change that yet.

One run to take the lead and one for insurance. Not bad.
