Travis Wood has been dominant lately, and the Rockies' bats have been dominated lately. Perfect fit or perfect storm?

Dun dun dun ...

If Sorri gets hot. The RBI's and RISP'S scored will go way up. So will the W's.

Castro still in his funk.

Flip DeJesus and Castro?

Wood should develop an OF'er's skill.  Cubs could use his bat more regularly!

Five run lead Schierholtz. Just keep the ball in front of you. Don't play it into a double.

I know we all want to see Soriano traded, but I have to say, the man has really kept himself in shape.  He was motoring on gimpy legs a time back, but ever since he went on a strengthening program he's outdid himself on the bases.  And when he's "on", he's a threat at the plate.

The double play has been very good to Wood tonight. Wood has allowed three base runners. All taken out on the DP. Wood 69 after five.
