Brett just wrote that the Cubs may be interested in Yu Darvish if he gets posted. I was wondering if anyone had information on how much japanese revenue the Cubs were able to pick up for having Fukudome and how much they might get if they get Darvish? I had an argument with someone about how much Fukudome actually had cost the Cubs and I said it had to be less than what they actually paid him because there were additional japanese revenues that the Cubs were able to get because they had Fukudome. Theo has a pretty good background in this because he signed Dice K. Any insights would be appreciated.

Was hoping some folks would have some thoughts on this.
...then I wouldn't have to go digging.
