I would like to start with saying thank you to all the BN'ers who served our country. Enjoy the weekend. Now, let's get a W!

Sveum says Garza has 110 pitch limit today. All ready used up close to a quarter of that. @ 26 in the first.

I'd be surprised if he makes 6 2/3 today

Garza looks like he's laboring.  Hope he get himself "on" the efficiency track quick.

Pat and Keith should just go back to naming beach boys songs. That was more interesting.

Anyone know how often we have worn these alternates in comparison to the actual away jerseys? I prefer these and seems like every time i get a chance to tune into an away game they have them on. At what point can we just call these the Away jerseys and the grey bland ones alternates.

During the first, I swear they named every song the band ever had.

Cueto strikes me as a self-absorbed personality.  He shows that by his mound behavior and the way he seems to be enjoying "toying" with the Cub batters.  Rat bastardo.

having said Garza was "laboring", Cueto has racked up the same number of pitches.   Garza took about 17 pitches to get the side out in his last inning.

Cubs won't get too many hits if they can't hit it past Cueto.
