There’s something classic about – lightly – ribbing the commissioner of baseball. He’s the principal, the dean, the guy in charge, the one you want to make fun of, even if you know you shouldn’t.
That’s why when Rays ace Chris Archer shared an old picture he came across, we all can get a good laugh…

The glasses, the hair, the “I’m not gonna smile no matter what, ’cause I’m a serious man,” attitude. It’s gold. By most accounts, it’s just a regular, ole picture; but because it’s the commish – the guy you’re supposed to respect, hold in high esteem, revere – it becomes hilarious.
It was a good find and a good share by Chris Archer. Hopefully, he finds some more, possibly a club photo from the chess team or AV squad.
