Out of the inning... so lets see if Pena, Sori, and the pitchers spot can do anything... does this mean LaHair is coming up... I expect Baker, but Phil made the prediction earlier that LaHair would get to face a closer in the bottom of the 9th, could Phil be an oracle?

So that ends the inagural game thread. I was pleased with how my MLB subscription worked on my TV, it was worth the $20 bucks.
So I realize that this was mainly a me, me, me post, but I wanted to see what doing virtual play by play would be like and I must say that its actually quite exhausting and more difficult than I thought- but fun none the less.
I was disappointed that my calling out player MOJO didn't work at all, maybe it only works if I call someone out then Brett puts it in a bullet. Still this was fun and next year when the board is full of members and we are excited about this team this could be a fun new feature.

I didn't get the chance to comment, but it was nice to get the play by play from Goat for this one.

I'd gladly chip in another months' worth of website hosting dues to see MG do 24 hours of virtual play-by-play (for the games of our choosing).
