In what, post-1900, seasons did the Cubs post the highest and lowest winning percentage?

 The lowest year had George Altman as the highest WAR guy.

The highest had Frank Chance.

I'll give you 1908 (1907 is the right answer).

 

George Altman was an OF for the Cubs in two stints in the 1960's and made a couple AS games.

1907 was stated as the highest.
