I'm standing by Bryant, but I'll be happy with any of the big three.

I had no problem as long as the Cubs chose one of Appel, Bryant, or Gray. I now fully expect them to go all pitchers for the next 5 rounds.

Why did the Royals take Dozier?

Bad reach by the Royals. I think it's possible that they could have gotten Dozier in the 2nd round.

By the way Dominick Smith is a beast. I think he's going to open some eyes.

3rd basemen are in this decade what shortstops were in the the last decade.

Wish we could have somehow signed Christian Arroyo.

I like that we drafted Bryant.  Still curious about the future if both he and Baez do well.

It would've been nice to get that competetive balance pick from KC, seeing as it turned into Sean Manaea.  Wouldn't have been a bad return for DeJesus, which I believe was being discussed as a possible deal.

I was hoping that Manea would fall to us in the second round.

Who do you guys want in the 3rd? I would not mind Kent Emmanuel, or Jonathan Denney.

I know this is impossible, but if Bryant and Spellcheck would take under slots I would love the Cubs to somehow draft and sign Karsten Whitson on a huge over slot . I think he is going to be a top 10 selection next year.
