I am fairly excited for my 16" slowpitch game tonight and tomorrow.  It is part of an annual Father's Day tournament in my hometown that my Uncle gets a team together for and even at 50+, he is a far better talent that I.

Who led the Cubs in runs scored in the '90's?

Terrible segue.

Sosa? He did hit himself in a lot.

Um, I'm gonna be scoring a lot of runs...

Not really, my cousin does the lineups and he doesn't like me.

And YOU ARE WRONG, GOOD DAY SIR.

How about the MLB hits leader for the 90's?  Grace?

You may be on to something there, but for the wrong reason. Everyone knows he drank a ton only goes to suggest he also had the runs most of the time as well.

And hit on anything that moved and scored... well, more than I did anyway.

For his sake, I really hope he is not a "Slumpbuster".

I guess his runs would be for a different reason then.

Winner! 843 runs.

Bonus points to me: my mower quit on me last night (after a long period of suffering). Saw a sign for a garage sale this morning and boom, 5 year old craftsman for 10 bucks. Works well but now I have to get use to it an flip the blade over. The previous owners installed it upside down it appears.

How in the heck did it ever cut with the blade on upside down? I accidentally did that once and when I tried to mow, it did not cut the grass. That was a Toro.

Maybe that's why it was only $10.

Had my first game on Wednesday.  My team has fallen since our undefeated season in 2005.  I went 3-5 with a double, 2 RBIs, and 3 runs scored.  A very Grace-like line.  Much like Grace's #Cubes we still lost by 10 runs.

Come on!  Grace was number 17.  (or is that #Twitterspeak for something else?)

Notable #10 guys after Santo:  Leon Durham, Dave Kingman
