O's and Dodgers need starting pitching. Especially, if they are to make deep runs into the playoffs.

I know Brett suggested Carl Crawford + cash for a starting pitcher a week or two ago. I would be down for that if it was Edwin Jackson, who's been "unlucky" this year.
