using "we" and "us" when referring to the cubs
Posted 30 November 2011 - 02:08 PM
ie: "Looks like we just signed David DeJesus to play right field" or "We really weren't that good in 2011"

And when the Cubs win the World Series I will be saying "We won the World Series"

This guy that gets bothered by it doesn't even really follow any sports whatsoever, so that probably explains part of why he doesn't "get it".

HANSMAN! Y U NO TAKE OUT STARTING PITCHERS?!?!?!?It is ok, as long as I get to use "you" or just "Hansman."
Is it ok if I substitute I for the we, us, Cubs?
ie- Hansman! Why do you always fall apart in the playoffs?
