Samardzija versus Capuano. You've gotta like those odds a bit, yes?

The bias of the Faux announcer is overbearing.

I say make Junior Lake an in-house batting coach.  Pay him extra, but let him cue his teammates in on how to approach hitting.

trying to follow this on gameday since I have the Rangers game on my TV.  How does a run score on a single to Barney when the third out is recorded at third base?

A TOOTBLAN, that's how.

When was the last time there was a nationally-televised game at Wrigley where they didn't mention Bartman? I'm going to guess game 2 of the 2003 NLCS.

Don't like Shark staying in the game here. We need to score runs.

Well I finally saw the replay, and saw it was a blooper and the runner got thrown out trying to get to third.

Frickin double play. CRAP! The bottom of our order sucks with a bat in their hands.

Cubs had their moments to score, but as has been the pattern, no one can exploit the risp chances that present theselves.  It is a really sad predicament plaguing this team.

Jansen is a beast. We don't stand much of a chance if he's on.

Man I bet it's frustrating playing against Jansen.
