[South Bend] Trevor Clifton was not locating well as he walked 5 over 4.2 innings and finished having allowed 4 runs (3 earned) on 4 hits with 4 strikeouts. Ryan McNeil struck out a pair in 2 scoreless innings of relief.

Almora had a pretty good catch of his own for the Smokies, one that might be the highlight of the day on any other day. It isn’t the magical diving awesomeness that Hannemann gave us, but it is well worth a watch.
