Can you name the two Cubs pitchers who are in the top five all-time for most career putouts (snicker)?

Mark Grace and Kyle Farnsworth? No? OK, how about Kerry Wood and Zambrano.

All time like for their whole career? or just with the Cubs?

All time I like Jenkins and Maddux

With Cubs I like Jenkins and Zambrano

I think it's been mentioned before but this calendar is written pretty poorly. There was no reason to throw that "the" into this question.

How dare you question The Calendar!  These are words from a higher being that someone is trying to interpret, in this case, just take the general ideal that is being conveyed.

Ugh, I read the putouts as strikeouts. In which case I has 2 of the top 3. Jenkins having the most k's as a Cub.

So the other day I was in a golf outing and I tried Spriggs' trick. I bet my brother I couldn't do it, yada yada, and it worked perfectly. I figured I'd eff it up. So, moral of the story is, Spriggs' trick works.. even if you suck at golf!

Wait I did not hear about this trick. What is the yada yada yada?

Spriggs was telling us all about how he can hit a golf ball, with any iron, and catch it before it hits the grounds. He said it may take two attempts, but he'll do it. He takes a full swing and everything. So we had to try to guess how he did it (I won't say how so you can ponder it  :)).

Does it have something to due with the "any iron" part?

Nope. I believed he phrased it so the person he was betting could pick any of his irons for him to use.

So, you succeeded and lost the bet?
