That thing hit the light tower in left, despite Baez taking a much more controlled swing – that’s how much power he has.

With that homer, Baez improved his Iowa slash line to .314/.387/.540, with his strikeout rate hovering in the 25% range. While I don’t think we’ll see him back with the Cubs in the next few days, I suspect he could be up very soon thereafter.
