The Cubs will look to keep up their sliver of momentum against the Reds, who feature a B team lineup tonight (seriously, if Tsuyoshi Wada gives Joey Votto or Todd Frazier anything remotely decent to hit, I’d be bummed).
As importantly, the right field bleachers are open! Ahhhh, I can’t wait to settle in to a spot in the lower right field corner and check out the new digs. If you’re around, look for the dashing – but petite – gentleman in a blue BN shirt, jeans, and blue and yellow shoes. Say hello. Hugs are permitted upon request.
That all assumes that the weather cooperates, of course. The ever-shifting Chicago weather looks like rain showers starting at some point in the 8pm hour, and then potentially for a while thereafter. Fingers crossed, umbrella pocketed.
