They load the roster with free agents.

Decide they don't want them any more.

Dump them all.

Fail to win.

Now they fire the team president.


Yep.  That'll fix things.  All they need to turn around that fan-abandoned, cash-starved train wreck of an organization led by the worst owner in professional sports is a new president.  No doubt about it.

I hope their next GM is Hendry.  He's not the GM Miami needs but the GM Miami deserves

I feel pretty bad for those fans. The one bright side for them is knowing that they are going to be building around a beast like Fernandez.

I don't.


The night they opened their new stadium Baseball Tonight did the show live from right outside the building.  A large crowd gathered behind the set and started chanting.


"Let's go Heat."


Right then I knew the franchise was doomed.
