It was a balmy 20 degrees when I stepped out of my door this morning.  Almost thought about leaving the jacket at home.

Can you name the two former Cubs who are among the top five all-time left fielders in games played?

Manny Trillo and Hack MF Wilson!

Seriously, I was surprised by the answer.

Does this mean they might have only played a few seasons or games with the Cubs?  If so I'm thinking Lou Brock and maybe Billy Williams?

Is there a rule that states there has to be a Manny Trillo response every day that I missed?

Brock is one of them.  The other is more recent.

You better Dance, you better live, you better love with a sweet romance. While you still have the chance, I think you better Dance.

OK, so I guess that rules out Cap Anson.  (Where has Cubbie Blues been anyway?).  No on Manny Trillo... Some fairly recent Cub had more LF apprearances than Billy??? Thinking... Not coming up with anything.  Of course the answer should be Matt Murton, but we know he never got the chance...

Had to look it up.  So, I think I have it now.  Huh!  Pretty surprising.

It makes sense that you were stumped, Spriggs.  The guy played in the last 20 years.

Looking at B-Ref, he played one and a half seasons with the Cubs and went on to do stuff elsewhere.

Hans, I am still trying to figure out if you are a jackass, a prick, or just a funny guy.  I don't think it can be a little of each or a combination.  It's one of those 3.  I'm stumped.  I guess because you've been alive at some point during the past 20 years.

Quite the riddle.  Maybe that could be a weekend trivia question.

I try to be a funny guy but I am sure it comes off as prickish/jackassish some times.

Kevin Hart I am not.
