I think these will make for a great series, Phil. One suggestion: it would be cool if you could somehow incorporated the substance into the title in a small way. Like, for example, "Cubs Calendar 1/2/12 - Doubleheader Shutouts." Just something like that to distinguish the threads, other than the date.

Despite my joke earlier (not serious about Tidrow), I could make a reasonable guess here...
1908 was the last time we won the Series...I know our best starter was Mordecai Brown that year, and I seem to remember someone with a sweet name like Orvil Overall.
Could it be either of them?
