Wow. Theriot and Fontenot together again. So much for the Giants' chances this year. At least they'll have a scrappy backup infield.

How sad is it that they both have world series rings, two years removed from the Cubs? I mean, I would've been happy for D. Lee, or Kerry in his brief stint with the Yanks, but why these guys?

I LOVED Fontenot and Theriot. Theriot was one of the best radio interviewers ever, and Fontenot, how could you not like that guy!

LOL! Come on, man! Putting Theriot to Benny Hill music is just wrong. WRONG I SAY! I'm going to have to tell Whytee about this. He'll put an end to it!

It sure does make you appreciate Castro's defense.

Tommy, Theriot is that bad without any music. He's got one more year of MLB before going to Japan.

If by "cool" you mean "coolest guy" you mean "biggest douchebag" I agree. I've seen and heard him in interviews and all I can think/say is "SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU DIPSHIT ASSBAG" it's as if he wants to be Kevin Millar when he's being interviewed. I really have no tolerance for forced silliness in sports interviews, I hate how so many of them force a persona. Theriot is a tool, a giant tool from the bayou.

After leaving the Cubs for the Cardinals he said in an interview that he was glad to be "on the right side of the rivalry" so Japan is too nice of a place for him to be playing. He can go toil for that team Kenny Powers played for down in Mexico for all I care.
