I was on my way to get me and the Wife dinner tonight, and as I pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant, knowing that I was going to have to shut the car off, 'Hero' by Enrique Iglesias came on the radio ... and I let out an audible, "aw man."
At least I managed to listen only to the first chorus, and then got out of the car.

Some folks might feel guilty about liking John Denver, too, but it doesn't really bother me.
I guess the thing that I feel most guilty about listening to is some of the goth/electro goth that I listened to in high school twenty (*gasp*) years ago. That stuff's just not that good, but it is awfully fun to listen to. On occasion.
BTW, I have no idea who Enrique Iglesias is, really. He's the spawn of Julio, I assume?

It's old-ish, but I would be surprised to learn that, upon hearing a few notes, you don't vaguely remember hearing it at some point. Bonus: the video features Jennifer Love Hewitt back when she was moderately attractive. Extra bonus: Mickey Rourke plays "the bad guy."Not too sure that I'm gonna click on that. Some things may be best left unknown.
And, yeah, that's Julio's kid.

Bonnie Tyler - Total Eclipse of the Heart
Berlin - Take My Breath Away
I take my music very seriously. I should hate these songs the same way I hate most everything on modern radio. But I can't. I love them.

All right. I'll peep it later tonight, once I'm good n' drunk. Or just tired and sleepy. It's hard to tell these days. It's old-ish, but I would be surprised to learn that, upon hearing a few notes, you don't vaguely remember hearing it at some point. Bonus: the video features Jennifer Love Hewitt back when she was moderately attractive. Extra bonus: Mickey Rourke plays "the bad guy."
