Eh, probably Gregg. Downward movement and he could get a grounder.
With this year's AWESOME infield defense do we really want grounders?
Actually, yes. Stewart and Rizzo are both better than average defenders on the corners, Castro's errors are from a lack of experience (which means he should be better this year), and odds are the ball isn't going to second anyway.
I'd rather have a grounder than see Soriano trying to come in on a line drive, watch Campana trying to throw home from shallow center, or be hoping against hope that Reed Johnson's back can hold up another twenty seconds.

Marmol used to just be a "really good pitcher," then he kind of drifted into the "can't get it done" category, and now I'm afraid he is slipping off into the "why is this guy a closer?" realm...
