at least we are not the White Sox reason #114...2012 slogan
Posted 20 February 2012 - 05:26 PM
Therefore, the Sox have always had to rely on some catchy marketing slogans like; Good Guys Wear Black, or last year's All In. The 2012 Chicago White Sox slogan: Appreciate the Game.
What? Are you serious? At first I interpreted this like "Shut up and appreciate the game!" or "F#$k You! We have had high salaries lately and you still don't come". A more accurate interpretation is probably just to be as vague and boring as possible. So, what could the White Sox have come up with that would be similar to the bold statement that is Appreciate the Game? Here are some ideas:
All of these should be preceeded by saying
"White Sox Baseball.....
-Two Teams Playing
-The Grass is Green
-It is a Game
-Batters, Pitchers and Fielders
-Baseball Has Rules
-Games Are Nine Innings, Unless Extra Innings Are Needed or The Game is Sortened by Rain, in Which Case We Play Five
-A Ball Will be In Play
-Men Will Be Running and Moving
Good Luck with that Mr. Reinsdorf and Kenny Williams.

Does anyone one know if East St. Louis is still one of the worst cities in America. I know they had major problems 5-10 years ago but they might have fixed a few problems.
