Outside of some creepy stalking, how does one get ones picture taken with a mid/upper-range member of a MLB team's front office staff? I'm trying to plan my attack.

If you see 'em, ask. I think most of the time, they're flattered.

As for how to see 'em, well, I think you answered your own question.

I'm hoping beyond hope that you're referring to a member of the Giants' front office, by the way.

You know it.

Gotta get my BN t-shirt before that photo opportunity though.

I'd keep a close eye on the news about said members, looking for times when they might be visiting minor league teams (as many of them do at least once a season). The local press for each team will probably have that info a week or two in advance. Logistically, it should be simpler to find/ambush said front office types in a stadium that holds 12,000 than a stadium that holds 39,000. I'd not be surprised if picture opportunities are made available at some of those minor league stops.

Get two. I bet he'd swap a picture for a BN shirt.

He is practically the patron saint of this website now.

Holy shit that would be awesome. I might even bow to your greatness, but I doubt it.

According to the (*begin sarcasm*) infallible font of all knowledge (*end sarcasm*) Wikipedia, his birthday is May 14. Closest Tuesday this year would conveniently be May 15.

I say we just do his birthday. A Tuesday would be ideal, but to honor his birth is sublime.

(And Wikipedia is awesome when used properly.)

I am suddenly struck by the image of Dick Tidrow's mustache acting like a cow catcher while he walks down the aisles of AT&T Park.

So the Giants have a night game on the 14th... do the front office guys stick around, or are they more 9-5ers? I'd guess the latter.

The front office guys aren't 9-5ers. They're Dick Tidrow'ers.

It just happens that, coincidentally, Dick Tidrow'ers also work from 9 to 5.
