I'd keep a close eye on the news about said members, looking for times when they might be visiting minor league teams (as many of them do at least once a season). The local press for each team will probably have that info a week or two in advance. Logistically, it should be simpler to find/ambush said front office types in a stadium that holds 12,000 than a stadium that holds 39,000. I'd not be surprised if picture opportunities are made available at some of those minor league stops.
