Cubs Fact:

In 1904, the Cubs pitching staff included Jake Weimer, who threw 307 innings, Buttons Briggs with 277, Carl Lundgren with 242, Bob Wicker with 229, and Mordecai Brown with 212 1/3. One hundred years later, the 2004 Cubs had Greg Maddux with 212 2/3 innings, and Carlos Zambrano with 209 2/3 and no other pitcher with 200.
Please don't feed the psychos.

Another little known fact is the manager in 1904 was Dusty Baker's grandfather: Rusty Baker.
