I don't think Moyer will be inducted into the Hall of Fame, but I think his career will be noted there nonetheless.
To say that differently, I don't think anyone will vote him in as a player on any ballot. He won't get the brass plaque and a chance to make a speech. That said, his career is unusual and remarkable enough that I think there will be a display somewhere on "The Lefty Pitcher That Could". I wouldn't be surprised to see a best selling biography and a Disney movie as well.
