Okay so the Brewers are coming to town and the chants for Mr. Braun should be entertaining but this game will be all about one thing.

CAN VOLSTAD CONTINUE THE STARTING PITCHING EXCELLENCE?

So this will be my first game day thread where I will be involved throughout the game giving my reactionary and vulgar form of play by play and color commentary.

If you new to this board this year I hope I can entertain and you can see the MG that is all about the reaction vs. the MG that speaks of patience and staying positive.

Founders Dirty Bastard

So good it's almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain't for the wee lads.

Find this brew if you can it's one of Michigan's finest.

(edit) Whoops, Brett has channel in the subject line. I am just getting worked-up because this broadcast gives me reason to time my trip to the gym. (I've got what Boomer Scott said ended his career: "Dunlop Disease...My belly done lop over my belt" So the gym is becoming pretty important, and usually pretty boring.) I have to just remember to get my cardio done before Sveum goes to the 'pen.

I hear that there is a new entrant into the Brewer's sausage race this year. Joining such notables as Franky Furter and Brett Wurst will be Dr. Penny Cillin. She got a great recomendation from a certain cheating outfielder who likes to proclaim his innocence even if he was exonerated due to a technicality. She should be a great addition to the race, and will also help keep clubhouse herpes outbreaks under control.

....just killing time watching the LAA play the Twins----saw Pujols ground out. So far and in this game he doesn't look like the threat his reputation lists him to be.
