I'm looking for a professional hat restorer to give my current felt hat (seen in my pic) a much-needed makeover/cleaning. I've been searching for a place, and they seem sot be pretty well-versed in what I'm looking for. Just wondering if any of you have any experience with them.
Thanks!

They do, but I haven't found one locally. The nearest specific (felt cowboy) hat restorer I found is a good hour and a half away. For the six hours of driving I'd need to do to drop off and then pick up my hat, I'd just as soon send it off. Plus, the place in IA looks top-notch from their website, and the one in Fresno looks sketchy.Do they not have hat repairers in California?

Geez me thinks Iowa is like prison or Australia - that or Katie is mob boss.I hope they treat you right. I'm sure they will. If not I can hit the in the throat with a wrench on your behalf.

WTF? First it was dicks in the dick, now it's wrenches to throats. What's next Katie? Cannonballs to testes? I'm starting to think that Katie might be the female Dick Tidrow, just walking the earth, kicking ass, and watching the Cubs.Geez me thinks Iowa is like prison or Australia - that or Katie is mob boss.I hope they treat you right.
