Cubs Trivia:

Which Cubs relief pitcher's frequent wild pitches inspired the Wrigley Field organist to play Wild Thing as he came out of the bullpen?

It is a creampuff. There are many pitchers it could have applied to, but only one had the honor.

Another hint: He is employed by MLB (and still has balance problems).

I remember when he was hit in the head by a line drive. Awesome.

I can't remember. Did he have the glasses back then? Or, did he just need to have them and just didn't wear them?

haha everyone seems to already know but i'll make it official: Mitch Williams. He was more famous with Philly, though, I think. And Curt Schilling was a mega douche during 1993.

I could picture him, but not the name, so I googled and cheated. I was right (by measure of face only).

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to actually say his name. I was kind of hoping Phil would have to come in at the end of the day to state the obvious.
