If we trade DD what are the Cubs do with right?

Almost doesnt matter as we will have officially shat the bed for offense. Dude gets on base and that is more then a lot of people on this lineup do (I am looking at you Hill, Castillo, Barney!). I hope we keep him though. Solid defense and a good leadoff hitter. Also like Castro in the #2 spot.

Woof close stolen base. Rather have him thrown out at 2nd then see Hill hit the DP ball... which he would.

Runner on 3rd. That usually means the inning is over for us.

Did any see the Cub stats they showed before the game? They really were not that bad. Only bad number was .189 with RISP.

Seems like they've been bad with RISP for three years straight now, even though fluctuations in that number are supposed to be largely random.

Never realized Cubs are hitting .273 as a team.

Great play by Cardenas. Have to make that play at first. These hiccups could fuck us over nice and early.

The good news is that we have AJ Burnett up over 40 pitches in 2 innings. The bad news is that Pirates bullpen is ridiculous. The other bad news is that the Cubs are not good at baseball.

I hate that that makes me laugh. But it does.
