So, Camp pitches the 7th and Russell pitches the 8th. Does that mean Marmol has reclaimed the 9th?

I don't know about reclaimed, but I think it's him or Bowden.

Dollars to donuts says it's Marmol, since it's a non-save situation. (Not that it would have been Bowden otherwise. Maybe Coleman.)

Coleman, huh? I wonder if the order had been the same if it had been a save situation.

He probably would have saved Russell for here.

DeJesus is one of the few cubs that would end up on third, because he is one of the few that take off running out of the box on those hits

He actually threw the bat down and took his time getting going on that one. He might have scored if he was hustling out of the box.

Saw the bat toss on the replay, don't know if he would have scored but it looks like he at least started running hard before he hit first

Question: Has any player ever hit one over the CF scoreboard? I know about Galen Hill's blast.

Don't think so. I would think if they did it would dwarf the Glen Allen Hill blast.

I can't think of one even hitting the scoreboard.
