#36796 First ever trip to Wrigley

Posted by scorecardpaul on 07 March 2013 - 09:05 AM

I took my kids with me on a Wrigley Field tour many years ago. I absolutely loved it, and would recomend it to all Cub fans, but for my wife and especialy the kids it wasn't qite worth the money they charged us. I would have thought it was a deal at twice the cost, but I am sure they would have rather had the cash in their pockets ( well for a minute or 2 anyway) Have you thought about eating lunch at the Billy Goat tavern?

#36031 I would rather lose with our guys then win with theirs

I must be to old, but I don't care if we sign new players every year. I just want to win a world series. Then I would want to win another, and another and so on.

I think he wanted to be a dick

#29716 A defense of Dempster

I agree Dempster is a man, he has the right to do whatever he wants.
BUT>>> don't come on here and tell me that I should be assamed of myself for something I say. I was mad when Soriano didn't take the trade to Baltimore, and I am mad if Dempster doesn't take the trade to Atlanta. I
am also a man, and therefore I can do whatever I want. I don't really care about Dempster, Sammy, Gracie, or anyone else who is not a CUB. I am a Cub fan, and it is my right to want the Cubs to be better. Go preach your crap to someone else who might care about YOU, because I don't.
Cub fans want what is best for the Cubs. Our only option as a fan is to either be a fan, or not to be a fan.

I am a Cub Fan. the good, and the bad just don't tell me what to be assamed of, because I don't care what you think.

#5636 Soriano question

maybee it would cause the other team to actually throw him a strike. that might make his HRs go up.
never mind this talk, lets just move him far, far, away
