According to reports, David Price loved his time in Toronto after he was traded at the deadline this past season, and he might want to go back there now that he’s a free agent. Whether that’s likely to happen is a separate question for a separate place, but there’s a feeling of mutuality with the fans.
Indeed, so strong are the Blue Jays fans’ feelings on the subject of bringing David Price back that a group launched a dedicated website to that end: www.anypricefordavid.com.
The site is simple and elegant, and allows Blue Jays fans to pledge to do X – not, like, the drug, but fill-in-the-blank-X – if Price re-signs with Toronto:
