Jung-Ho Kang Has a Face Tattoo – No, Not a Tattoo on His Face, a Tattoo *OF* His Face

Baseball Is Fun

Late last season, Cubs outfielder Chris Coghlan slid hard into Pirates second baseman Jung-Ho Kang at shortstop and it did not end well for Kang. He suffered a torn MCL and a broken tibia – which forced him to miss the rest of the season.

As a result of the injury, Kang was left with a six inch long scar on his left leg; however, what he did with the scar is quite amazing:

Kang covered the scar with a tattoo of his face! This guy already had a lot going for him, heading into this season, but now I like him even more. Good work, guy.

Getting tattoos of yourself on yourself must be a baseball thing
