Thanks to Netflix’s approach to unveiling new seasons of programming, you get a whole season’s worth of episodes dropped on you at once. Such was the case with the recent release of a long-awaited update to the ABC classic “Full House”, which is called “Fuller House” and basically stars the daughters (sans Michelle) and friend, Kimmy Gibbler, being the same trio as the men in the original.
When a season is dropped at once like that, all kinds of things pop up at once about the show instead of being unfurled week after week. In our case, the relevant pop was the appearance of San Francisco Giants outfielder Hunter Pence:
Check out my episode of @fullerhouse on @netflix. By the end I got them all doing my crazy eyes #TheyGetIt pic.twitter.com/fZLr9QIiVI

The gist of Pence’s role is that he plays himself as Stephanie Tanner’s boyfriend, and he goes into a slump, maybe it was her fault, hilarity ensues, etc., etc.
Pence was a perfect fit for the show, because the Tanner Family, of course, lived in San Francisco, which led to the Giants making this hilarious parody happen last year:
Whatever happened to predictability, the #Duffman, the paperboy & evening TV.
