An annual tradition: fans getting their car windows smashed when they park too close to players taking batting practice in Spring Training (or, when they park anywhere within 800 feet of Joey Gallo playing in an actual game). Cubs slugger Kyle Schwarber did it, and everyone had a good laugh … well, perhaps except the fan whose window was smashed. (It was later replaced gratis by Safelight.)
But what happens if the fan whose window you smash … is your own:

That’s Brewers prospect Jacob Nottingham displaying the power, and the crazy, ridiculous odds of hitting his own car with his prodigious BP blast during Spring Training 2016.
Hopefully for his sake that power translates long term into a big league career, and the cost of replacing that window – and/or many other unlucky windows that follow – will be a pittance.
Of course, I just now realize that it would be pretty funny if one of Nottingham’s teammates actually did the damage with his own blast, but, upon discovery, was like, “Oh, um, yeah, Jacob, that was totally all you, bro! Huge power! You’re gonna be a star! Gotta go!”
