Baseball Coach Pulls Off Impressive Spin Move to Keep Arguing with Ump

There’s nothing like a good managerial tirade, but some are certainly better than others. I get the feeling that some managers are just putting on a show, while others are legitimately angry, upset, and willing to do whatever it takes to get their point across … even the spin move.

Check it out:

That’s NC State coach Elliot Avent losing his mind just a little bit over a non-strike call … in the third inning … with no one on first base. It’s not exactly the biggest of situations, but he got pretty worked up nonetheless. The best part, though, is the awesome spin moved he pulls off right around the 30 second mark.

As a couple of other umpires come over to separate Avent from the home plate umpire, he double taps “b” on his controller and spins around both of them to get right back at it. Surprisingly, the umpire didn’t change his call. How weird.
