If Giancarlo Stanton is known for anything, it’s his unbelievable, genuinely unparalleled, and perhaps unprecedented raw power. And if you think that is an overstatement, take a look at the 504 foot bomb he unloaded just the other night – the longest recorded homer in Statcast history.
BUT, that’s not all he’s good at.
In fact, he’s a perfectly capable right fielder with, what turns out to be, a very impressive arm, as well. Just last night, for example, he threw Brandon Crawford (he of the record-matching 7-hit game) out at the plate with a 94 MPH strike, to keep the score tied at 0 in the top of the fourth inning:

Not only did Stanton throw it 94 MPH, he threw it nearly 200 feet right on the money. To be honest, the play wasn’t even close; Stanton had him by a mile.
