Through his age 25 season, Mike Trout has smashed an impressive 168 home runs, which is actually good for 15th all-time by players 25 years-old or younger (one spot ahead of Joe DiMaggio).
But to go along with that power, Trout also has speed.
During his six-year career, Trout’s hustled into 175 doubles, 37 triples, and 143 stolen bases (which is partially why he’s never finished worse than 2nd for the AL MVP).
So how does someone manage to generate that kind of power and speed … while still looking this good?

With a ridiculous workout regimen, of course:
Yup.
That’s Mike Trout running (not too slowly, mind you) with what looks to be about 135 lbs on his back. If that doesn’t get you into shape by Opening Day, I’m not sure what would.
