The Cleveland Indians’ second baseman, Jason Kipnis, recently lost the shin guard he’s been using since college. When he went to buy a new one from Easton, however, he learned that his exact model was no longer made. So, naturally, he put out a call to action.
But what he promised was fairly unusual and definitely a bit funny:

Yep. In exchange for an exact model of Kipnis’ shin guard (must be in white!), he’ll trade you an autograph … from Francisco Lindor.

Obviously every baseball fan would love an autograph from Lindor – he’s not just one of the single best players in baseball, but also one of the most likable – but I say Kipnis is selling himself short! After all, he is a two-time All-Star who’s twice received down-the-ballot MVP votes!
My guess is any Cleveland fan would be happy to have his.
Update: And just like that, someone came through with one!
Back in action! Thanks to all the people who helped! Guys came thru so much I even have a backup now!! pic.twitter.com/KheTkoZPr7
