Rays Prove They’re a Big League Team by Just BARELY Preventing the Little League Home Run

Baseball Is Fun

Defensive-aided inside the park home runs – or Little League home runs – are always fun to watch – at a minimum – because of their insanity. But that definitely goes double for a Major League team.

In almost no scenario does a Major Leauge squad have any business making three or more errors on a single play, while allowing a hitter to score because of it. The Rays agree, but they were VERY close to being on the wrong side of that deal.

Check out this Little League home run in the making from last night that just barely doesn’t go all the way:

 Whew. It doesn’t get much closer than that!
