The Phillies are not having a great year.
At 46-80, they have the single worst record in baseball and nearly HALF as many wins as the Dodgers (89-36).
After just a quick glance, I can also see that their offense is bottom five in OBP, SLG, wOBA, wRC+, homers, runs, and RBI (to name a few), while their pitching staff is among the bottom ten in just about every pitching statistic that matters.
And even some that don’t matter, like: Number of inside-the-park home runs allowed in the past week.
Indeed, earlier today, JT Realmuto hit an inside-the-parker against the Phillies, scoring Marcell Ozuna in the process:

And earlier this week (August 19), Denard Span hit an inside-the-parker against the Phillies in San Francisco:
That’s TWO in the past FIVE days.
Maybe they’ll target some free agent pitchers over the winter, who are good at not giving up inside-the-parkers (that’s sarcasm … of course they will).
