Meet Nao Kurakata.
She’s the 12-year-old girl pitching in Japan’s Junior Baseball Tournament and lighting up the radar guns at the Sapporo Dome. Watch as she carves through an all-boy lineup, routinely sitting around 113 km/h (70 MPH) and touching as high as 116 km/h (72 MPH) according to their radar gun.
Absolutely unbelievable.
Seibu lefty Nao Kurakata at the NPB Junior Tourney (5th and 6th graders basically) slinging that thing at 110 km and above like nbd. She's the first female captain in the juniors I believe #NPB #seibulions https://t.co/qV9lzjutzV

We’ll be following her career with a very close eye.
