This Little Girl Ran Onto the Batter’s Eye to Snag a Home Run Ball Away from the Crowd in Center

Baseball Is Fun

In almost 99% of all cases the fan that leaves the stadium with a home run (or foul) ball was simply sitting in the right place at the right time. Luck, is what I think most would call it.

But every now and then, someone clearly wants it more than everyone else, and during Sunday’s matchup between the Indians and the Royals, that someone was this little girl out in center field.

Watch as she maneuvers through the rope fence and onto the batter’s eye in center field to retrieve a ball from a group of fans crawling over themselves to get it:

She’s so sneaky!

And awesome. Well done. Well-earned.
