… None of which have been as easy as the one he stole yesterday:
With two outs in the inning, Kinsler thought the whiff at the plate was the final strike of the at-bat (and, thus, final out of the inning), but it was actually just strike two for Justin Upton.
So Kinsler trotted down to third base, and the Dodgers’ catcher/third base tandem couldn’t quite figure out what was happening in time to make a throw. Easy peasy.
My favorite part is his “I should try this more often!” face.
Upton eventually struck out, and the inning ended for real.
